From September 24 through September 26 the Investment Forum "Establishing
new industries in Western Kazakhstan" is held in Aktau. About 500 delegates
participate in the Forum; the program includes reports of 10 high-ranking speakers
at meetings, round tables and a visit to production sites of Mangistau oblast.
The Forum is founded by KAZENERGY Association, NC KazMunaiGaz JSC
(KMG), Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO), North Caspian
Operating Company (NCOC),Tengizchevroil LLP. The event is held with the
official support of the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the RoK, the Ministry of
