/KASE, September 18, 12/ - JSC "National company "Social-entrepreneurial corporation "Saryarka" (Karagandy, hereinafter - the company), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a notice from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of August 24, 2012. According to the said document: - FSC NBK has approved the report on results of placement of the company's shares; - the issue has been divided in 26,704,677,956 common shares; - the company's shares issue has been included in the State Register of Serial Securities under No. А5830; - as of May 21, 2012 26,550,929,624 common shares were unsold; its registered capital equaled to KZT28,898,843,796.
