/KASE, September 17, 12/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Managing Board, trading in bonds KZP01Y07D887 (KZ2C00001766,
KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, LARIb2, KZT1, KZT10.0 bn;
July 16, 2012 - July 16, 2019, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360) of JSC
"AsiaCredit Bank" (Almaty) is opened in KASE secondary market sector from
September 17, 2012.
The bonds are quoted in KASE trading system accurate within the fourth decimal
of the bond's "net" price, expressed in percentage of the face value.
JSC "Managing Company "Asia Capital" (Almaty) will act as the market-maker
for the mentioned bonds at KASE with the mandatory quotation minimum volume
set at 2,000 Monthly Calculation Indices.
The mentioned bonds were included into KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities
category from July 12, 2012.
