/KASE, September 12, 12/ - Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a notice of the bank's being brought to administrative
responsibility originating from July 2012.
