/IRBIS, Aug.31, 99/ - Based on the application of the trade member of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) common (trade code UMGZ) and preferred (trade code UMGZp) inscribed stocks of "Uzenmunaigaz" (Janaozen, Mangistau region) are entered in trades into "Non-listing securities" sector at second level of admittance since September 01. Authorized capital equals to 6,368,961,000 tenge (5,732,065 common inscribed stocks KZ1C28210218; 636,896 preferred inscribed stocks KZ1P28210213; par value - 1,000 tenge). Company's main activities: oil and gas production; oil and gas transporting and processing; sale of a raw material and processed products; extraction of propane, compressed gas, ethane, stable petroleum and other products of gas processing; search and development of oil and gas sites; drilling of wells for oil and gas; development of the sites.
