From August 27 bonds KZ2C0Y19C805 (KZ2C00000743, ABDIb1) of ABDI Company (Kazakhstan) will be excluded from KASE official list

/KASE, August 22, 12/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission, from August 27, 2012 bonds KZ2C0Y19C805
(KZ2C00000743, ABDIb1; KZT10,000, KZT9.0 bn, January 8, 2008 - January 8,
2027; annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 9.00 % APR in the current coupon
period; 30/360) of JSC "ABDI Company" (Almaty) will be removed from KASE
official list.
In the KASE conclusion of August 15, 2012 it is noted that on August 26, 2012 the
term of presence of the mentioned bonds in the buffer category of KASE official
list expires. In accordance with item 13-9 of the Appendix to Order # 04.2-09/119
of Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of
Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On Setting Requirements
for Issuers, Whose Securities Admissible or Admitted to the Official list of
Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, and for Such
Securities" of May 8, 2008 the maximum term of presence of debt securities in the
buffer category of KASE official list makes up 12 months from the date of the
decision on transfer of debt securities into the buffer category. Until now JSC
"ABDI Company" had not removed reasons which lead to transfer of its securities
into the buffer category.
Based on the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 7) item 13-16 of
the mentioned Appendix, the mentioned bonds were removed from KASE official list.
The indicated bonds were included into the "A" category of KASE official list from
January 8, 2008; from September 1, 2008 they were transferred into the second
category of KASE official list's Non-Rated Debt Securities. From August 27, 2011
they were moved into KASE official list's buffer category. Trading in them was
opened from April 17, 2008.
During the mentioned bonds' circulation at KASE their yield to maturity for buyer
(on transactions concluded by open trades method) varied from 5.84 to 70.00 %
APR.
