/KASE, August 16, 12/ - JSC "ABDI Company" (Almaty, hereinafter - the
Company), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of having received a decision of
Almaty Special Interdistrict Economic Court taken by judge S. Shayanov on July
16, 2012 with regard to applying the accelerated rehabilitation procedure to the
Company, effective from August 1, 2012".
The mentioned decision of Almaty Special Interdistrict Economic Court (Almaty
SIDEC - in the heading) has been published on KASE website, at
