/KASE, August 16, 12/ - JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that following the July 27, 2012 decision of its Board of Directors powers of S. Kandykbaev as a member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)" were early terminated upon his wish. According to data from JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)", currently its Board of Directors consists of the following persons: 1. E. Kizatov - Chairman of the Board of Directors; 2. E. Zhusanbaev - member of the Board of Directors; 3. R. Rakhmatullaev - member of the Board of Directors (independent director); 4. O. Ten - member of the Board of Directors; 5. G.
