/KASE, August 10, 12/ - A special trading session was held today in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) trading system to offer bonds KZ2C0Y05E271 (KZ2C00001808, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, ATFBb8; KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; July 9, 2012 - July 9, 2017; semi-annual coupon 7.00 % APR; 30/360) of JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty). VISOR Capital (Almaty) acted as seller at the special trading session. The declared volume of offering was equal to 473,891 bonds KZ2C0Y05E271 (3.2 % from the total number of registered shares). During the trades no market orders were submitted for purchasing, therefore these special trades were recognized and declared failed. The total amounts raised by results of previously held three special trades on offering the mentioned bonds, two of which were held on July 27 and one on August 3, made up KZT13,711,243,684.12.
