/KASE, August 8, 12/ - As was informed earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated July 31, 2012,
common stocks KZ1C56470012 (ISIN - KZ1C00000801) of JSC "Insurance
Company "Standard" (Almaty) were included in the third category of KASE
official list.
The Listing Commission's decision became effective from August 8, 2012 after
the mentioned issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these shares will also be announced additionally.
JSC "ORKEN Invest" (Almaty) is the financial advisor of JSC "Insurance
Company "Standard".
JSC "Fondovy Tsentr" (Almaty) is the registrar of JSC "Insurance Company
"Standard".
The said shares have been assigned an abbreviation (trade code) STND.
