Tsesnabank (Kazakhstan) provides data on current ratings of bonds from agencies Standard & Poor's and Rating Agency RFCA

/KASE, August 8, 12/ - JSC "Tsesnabank" (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE of the following:

...in June this year JSC "Rating agency RFCA" assigned long-term rating of
dent liabilities to the second issue of subordinated bonds (NIN KZP02Y07C366)
and fourth issue of subordinated bonds (NIN KZP04Y07C362) under the Second
bond programme of JSC "Tsesnabank", as well as to subordinated bonds of the
first (NIN KZP01Y07E083), second (NIN KZP02Y07E081) and third (NIN
KZP03Y07E089) issues under the Third bond programme, at level BBB2, short-
term rating at level P2, outlook "Stable".
Rating agency Standard & Poor's in July this year upgraded the rating of the
senior unsecured debt (bonds NIN KZP03Y03C363) on Kazakhstan's national
scale from kzBB to kzBB+ and affirmed the rating of these bonds on the
international scale at level B.
