ATFBank (Kazakhstan) announces July 31, 2012 decisions of its Board of Directors

/KASE, August 7, 12/ - JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on July 31, 2012 its Board of Directors took the following decisions on non-arm's length deals: quote 1. treasury deals concluded with members of the UniCredit group in the period from May 1, 2012 to May 31, 2012 were ratified; 2. deals of the Department for Development of Transactional and Corporate Products with members of UniCredit group in the period from May 1, 2012 to May 31, 2012 were ratified; 3. approval of the IT project of the contract being concluded between JSC "ATFBank" and UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions AT; 4. approval of the contract on the functional CSV and contract GEMO made between JSC "ATFBank" and UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions AT. unquote [2012-08-07]
