/KASE, August 2, 12/ - As previously informed, by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission decision of July 31, 2012 the following bonds of
Tsesnabank (Astana) have been admitted by KASE official list Rated Debt
Securities category:
- KZP02Y07E081 (KZ2C00001816; KZT1, KZT4.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual
coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360);
- KZP03Y07E089 (KZ2C00001824; KZT1, KZT6.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual
coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360).
The Listing Commission decision became effective from August 2, 2012
as the issuer fulfilled terms specified in sub-item 1 of article 18
of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trades in mentioned bonds will also be announced
additionally.
Registratorskaya Sistema Tsennykh Bumag (Almaty) is Tsesnabank
registrar.
ASYL-INVEST (Almaty) is the representative of mentioned bonds holders.
The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviations (tickers) TSBNb12
and TSBNb13 accordingly.
