Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) announces changes in its Board of Directors

/KASE, July 10, 12/ - Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "in accordance with a decision of the Sole shareholder, from June 29, 2012 authorities of the acting member of the Bank's Board of Directors, Mr. D. Popov, were terminated. From July 23, 2012, Mr. S. Somov (representative of the sole shareholder) is appointed the acting member of the Bank's Board of Directors with the term of office until February 25, 2013". [2012-07-10]
