/KASE, July 9, 12/ - As was previously informed, based on a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of July 3, 2012,
bonds KZP01Y03E264 (KZ2C00001774; KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; July 9, 2012 -
July 9, 2015, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360) of JSC "NGSK
KazStroiService" (Almaty) were included into KASE official list as Rated Debt
Securities.
This decision of the Listing Commission became effective from July 9, 2012
due to the mentioned issuer's having fulfilled conditions of sub-item 2) item 1
article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in the said bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
The financial advisor and underwriter of JSC "NGSK KazStroiService" is JSC
"Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance"
(Almaty).
The registrar of JSC "NGSK KazStroiService" is JSC "Fondoviy Tsentr"
(Almaty).
The mentioned bonds have been assigned abbreviation (trading code)
KASSb2.
