Bonds KZP01Y03E264 (KZ2C00001774, KASSb2) of NGSK KazStroiService (Kazakhstan) admitted to KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, July 4, 12/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated July 3, 2012, bonds KZP01Y03E264 (KZ2C00001774; KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360) of JSC "NGSK KazStroiService" (Almaty) have been included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfils terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of these bonds is the first one under the first bond program of JSC "NGSK KazStroiService" registered by Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 28, 2012 to the total amount of KZT40.0 bn and the second issue of "internal bonds" of the said issuer which underwent the listing procedure at KASE. JSC "Subsidiary Organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" is the financial advisor and underwriter of JSC "NGSK KazStroiService" and underwriter for the mentioned bonds. JSC "Fondoviy Tsentr" (Almaty) is the registrar for JSC "NGSK KazStroiService". The said bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) KASSb2.
