/KASE, July 3, 12/ - Accumulative Pension Fund RESPUBLIKA (Almaty), shares
of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided
to KASE the following press release of July 2, 2012:

On June 30, 2012, in Aktau APF RESPUBLIKA and ASYL-INVEST jointly held
the "People's IPO" workshop for APF depositors.
Previously, the similar workshops have been held in Almaty, Shymkent and
Pavlodar, which were got positive responses from the workshop participants.
The workshops involved representatives of financial companies, government
bodies, mass media and public.
The People's IPO Program goals include development of Kazakhstan stock
Market, development of the investment culture among the citizens and
ensuring additional investment abilities of the country populations.
During the workshop participants got answers to questions related to
the People's IPO concept, the companies-participants of the government
program, benefits of participation of the country population in the
republican program, forecasting the risks of investments and possibility
of being a competent investor.
According to the workshop participants responses, the program issues were
explained in an accessible and understandable way and generated interest
of the population. Also, the workshop participants expressed a desire to
continue further trainings on IPO covering other settlements of the region.
