ABDI Company (Kazakhstan) says SIDEC Almaty began processing company's application for accelerated rehabilitation procedure

/KASE, June 28, 12/ - JSC "ABDI Company" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "a civil case has been initiated to apply accelerated rehabilitation, with regard to which the Special Inter-District Economic Court of Almaty has given ruling No. 2/12 of June 18, 2012". According to the said ruling, the Special Inter-District Economic Court of Almaty (in heading - SIDEC Almaty) has ruled: quote To accept for processing the application from JSC "ABDI Company" regarding applying the accelerated rehabilitation procedure with imposing a moratorium for the Rehabilitation plan's implementation period limiting creditors' right to submitting request to declare bankruptcy, to initiate a case of applying the accelerated rehabilitation procedure and set the Russian language as the language of proceeding. unquote [2012-06-28]
