KASE Board of Directors decides to reorganize Committee for Personnel, Awards, Social Affairs and Ethics

/KASE, June 27, 12/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors on June 26, 2012 took a decision to abolish KASE Board of Directors' Committee for Personnel, Awards, Social Affairs and Ethics and set up the Board of Directors' Committee on Social Issues, Corporate Governance Issues and Ethics and Board of Directors' Committee on Personnel and Remuneration. KASE Board of Directors has chosen the following composition of Board of Directors' Committee on Social Issues, Corporate Governance Issues and Ethics: - N. Damitov, director of company "Sunkar Resources PLC" (Great Britain), member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Jazz Capital" (Committee Chairman); - Zh. Kurmanov, member of Board of Directors, independent director of JSC "Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund"; member of Board of Directors, independent director of JSC "Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" (person entitled to substitute Committee Chairman in case of his absence or conflict of interests); - E. Abdrazakov, general director of LLP "Centras Capital"; - A. Zholdasbekov, Chairman of Board of Directors of JSC "Central Securities Depository"; - D. Karabaev, deputy Chariman of Managemtn Board of JSC "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan".
