/KASE, June 26, 12/ - On June 26, 2012 Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
released on its website a file with data on market valuation of equity securities
and debt securities for the period from June 25 to July 1, 2012, which was
supplemented by data on the market valuation of bonds KZ2C0Y07D899
(KZ2C00000172, KMGZb4) of JSC "National Company "KazMunayGas" (Astana).
Supplementing of the said file by data on the market valuation of the said bonds
has been carried out based a decision of the Committee on Indices and
Securities Valuation (hereinafter - the Committee) of June 26, 2012.
The Committee's said decision determines that for purposes of the market
valuation of the said bonds, on June 25 and July 2 of this year orders for nine of
the ten days preceding the valuation date must be used.
We remind you that the market-maker for the said bonds was absent for one
working day (June 21, 2012) - from June 21 JSC "VISOR Capital" abandoned its
market-maker status, from June 22 "Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of
Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" was assigned the status of a market-maker for the
said bonds.
When taking the decision, the Committee considered the fact that on June 25 no
deals in KMGZb4 were made in any KASE sector; and those securities were not
used as repo transactions' subjects at the Exchange on the said day. Besides,
the Committee took note that quotations of the new market-maker for KMGZb4
barely differed from quotations of JSC "VISOR Capital", which evidences of
changelessness of the market situation regarding KMGZb4.
The procedure of calculation of market prices for securities, as well as procedure
of applying by the Committee of its authorities during the market valuation by the
Exchange are specified by the Methodology of Securities Valuation, which is
published today on its website on KASE website, at
