FSC NBK takes note of non-placement from November 27, 2011 to May 26, 2012 of Bank CenterCredit (Kazakhstan) bonds KZP02Y10D210 (KZ2C00000586, CCBNb22)

/KASE, June 19, 12/ - Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated June 12, 2012, saying that the FSC NBK "taking into account the June 1, 2012 notice #15-2-3/3653, of non- placement of the second issue unsecured coupon bonds issued under the second bond programme of JSC "Bank CenterCredit", takes note of non- placement of the said bonds during the period from November 27, 2011 to May 26, 2012". According to the FSC NBK, as of May 27, 2012, 120,000,000 of the said bonds were unplaced. The said bonds (KZP02Y10D210, KZ2C00000586, CCBNb22; KZT100, KZT12.0 bn; November 27, 2009 - November 27, 2019; semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 5.70 % APR for the current coupon period; 30/360) have been included into KASE official list as rated Debt Securities.
