Share of the over-the-counter market for State Securities on August 17 - 6.0%

/IRBIS, Aug.18, 99/ - Based on the data of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange and the Central Depository, on August 17 share of the over-the-counter market for state securities for comparable operations made 6.0%. For August 16 this number was equal to 11.2%. 10 transactions were registered by the Central Depositary of State Securities on August 17, three of them were the Exchange market repo operations, five - buying and selling of euronotes at KASE, and eleven deals were made with domestic state securities (2 out of the Exchange and 9 at KASE). Demand for non-indexed securities maturing in 2 days with 5.46% APR and one offer for indexed securities with 8 days till redemption at 7.29% APR exist on the trade floor today on August 18.
