Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company (Kazakhstan) to hold annual general shareholders meeting on July 10, 2012

/KASE, June 6, 12/ - Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company (Aktau, hereinafter - the company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the annual general meeting of the company's shareholders is to be held on July 10, 2012 at 15:00 o'clock with the following issues to be discussed: - electing the chairman and secretary of the annual general company shareholders' meeting; - approving the agenda of the annual general company shareholders' meeting; - approving of the financial statements for 2011; - approval of the reporting year net income's distribution; taking decision on pay-out of dividends due on common shares of the company and approval of the size of dividend per the company's common share; - considering the issue of shareholders' claims about actions of the company and its officers and results of such considerations.
