FSC NBK approves report on Temirleasing (Kazakhstan) bonds KZ2C0Y05C465 (KZ2C00001097, TMLZb1) repayment results

/KASE, June 4, 12/ - JSC "Temirleasing" (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of a notice from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of May 28, 2012. According to the document, FSC NBK has approved the report on repayment results of bonds KZ2C0Y05C465 (KZ2C00001097, TMLZb1; KZT1,000, KZT500.0 m, April 3, 2007 - April 3, 2012; semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 11.00 % APR in the final coupon period; 30/360) of JSC "Temirleasing".
