/KASE, May 30, 12/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that on May
30, 2012, KASE awarded with diplomas "Striving for Transparency" the below
listed companies by results of 2011 in the following groups:
1. "Listed companies of the economy financial sector":
- Kazkommertsbank (Almaty);
- Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty).
2. "Listed companies of the economy's industrial, raw materials and
energy sectors":
- KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (Astana);
- KAZAKHMYS PLC (London).
3. "Listed companies of other economy sectors":
- Kazakhtelecom (Astana);
The mentioned winners of the award were recognized as such by KASE
Management Board decision of April 10, 2012 in compliance with the Rules of
Annual Rewarding of Listed Companies available on KASE website at

The award handing-out ceremony coincided with KASE shareholders' annual
general meeting.
