ATFBank (Kazakhstan) announces May 22, 2012 decisions of its Board of Directors

/KASE, May 30, 12/ - JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on May 22, 2012 its Board of Directors took the following decisions on deals with stakeholders: quote 1. treasury deals concluded with members of the UniCredit group in the period from March 1, 2012 to March 31, 2012; 2. deals of the Department for Development of Transactional and Corporate Products with members of UniCredit group in the period from March 1, 2012 to March 31, 2012 have been ratified. 3. deals of the Department for Corporate Sales with members of UniCredit group in the period from October 1, 2011 to December 31, 201` have been ratified; 4. closing of the Bank's accounts at Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi A.S.
