We inform on initiation of rehabilitation procedure in relation to uniform group of creditors on mortgage secured liabilities, included to the rehabilitation plan. The liabilities to creditors, not included to this group, will be fulfilled under existing agreements in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in force. The creditors meeting, included to relation to the uniform group of creditors on mortgage secured liabilities, included to the rehabilitation plan will be held on May 31, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the legal address of the company: 050050, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, 465/191, Seifullin Ave. The meeting agenda: 1. define the number, forming and approve the creditors committee composition; 2. approve the company rehabilitation plan; 3. define the order and terms of bringing by the creditors committee to the notice of creditors of the information on implementation of the company rapid rehabilitation procedure.
