JSC "Temirbank" (Kazakhstan) has registered 10-th issue of the shares

/KASE, 12.08.99/ - JSC "Temirbank" (Almaty, the official list of securities, category "A") according to the listing requests has granted to KASE the Prospectus of the 10-th issue and Certificate of the state registration of issue. At July 29, 1999 the National commission on securities of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered 10-th issue of securities of "Temirbank": 400,000 common registered shares (KZ1C00260413) with the nominal value of 1,000 tenge per share. The issue was made according to the decision of the General Meeting of bank's shareholders at April 23, 1999 and to the changes of the Charter concerning volume of the announced authorised capital.
