/KASE, April 9, 12/ - JSC "DBK-Leasing", a subsidiary of joint stock
company Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana), bonds of which are
officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a
copy of changes and additions made to the issue prospectus of its first bond
program.
The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Committee on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on March 26, 2012
and were made due to changes and additions to the organization structure of
JSC "DBK-Leasing", a subsidiary of joint stock company "Development Bank of
Kazakhstan".
