London - Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ("ENRC" or together with
its subsidiaries - the Group) today announces signing of USD2 billion loan.
The loan was provided by Sberbank of Russia for 5 years with amortaization
commencing after 24 months.
The amounts raised will provide additional liquidity and will be used for
general corporate purposes, including financing of recent acquisitions
and the Group extensive investment program.
