/KASE, February 29, 12/ - JSC "Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release of February 28, 2012: quote OJSC "Sberbank of Russia" with the organizational support of SB JSC "Sberbank" opened a USD2 bn credit facility for ENRC Group, which is one of the leading ferrochrome and iron ore producers. The funds will be channeled to implementation of the Group's investment projects. The deal opens the list of major events in 2012 on the global market of debt financing and serves as a clear example of the Bank's strategy aimed at development of international transactions.
