NSC (National Securities Commission) of Kazakhstan has withdrawn the license of "KIN-SECURITIES"

/IRBIS, 06.08.99/ - By the decree #387 of August 02, 1999 NSC has withdrawn the License #20030123, given to "KIN-SECURITIES" on September 21, 1997 for the broker and dealer activity in the state securities market with the right of keeping of the customers accounts as the nominal holder. The decision was adopted because of "KIN-SECURITIES" did not correct the reasons, according to which the licence was suspended (NSC decree #221 on December 25, 1998). The revocation was made in accordance with the decree of NSC #160 on October 07, 1998 "About the order of voluntary suspension of the licenses for the broker and dealer activity in the state securities market".
