/KASE, February 1, 12/ - As was previously informed, based on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission's decision of January 30, 2012
bonds KZP01Y07E083 (KZ2C00001758; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn; February 1, 2012 -
February 1, 2019; semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360) of JSC
"Tsesnabank" (Astana) were admitted to KASE official list's Rated Debt
Securities category.
This Listing Commission's decision became effective from February 1, 2012 as
the issuer fulfilled terms of sub-tem 2 of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
JSC "Registratorskaya Sistema Tsennykh Bumag" (Almaty) is the registrar for
JSC "Tsesnabank".
The bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) TSBNb11.
