/IRBIS, 06.08.99/ - On August 06 the National Bank has conducted the 324- th auction for placement of the NOTES with 100 tenge of nominal value and 28 days of circulation period. Announced volume of issue is determined by the emitter at KZT200 million. Satisfaction size of the incompetitive applications - 60 % from established volume. The emitter has attracted 3,332.9 million tenge against planed volume of 400.0 million tenge, whereas the actual volume of redemption has made 1,515.6 million tenge. The positive balance of the net drawing of National Bank grows from one week to another. During the last two days the participants have begun sale of dollars with the purpose of purchasing in the state securities sector. Most likely, in the next week a conjuncture of the primary market will be similar: the demand will exceed the offer, and the National Bank will continue to reduce a cost of the debt service.
