In July the inflation in Kazakhstan has made 1,1 %

/IRBIS, 03.08.99/ - In Republic of Kazakhstan growth of consumer prices in July, 1999 has made 1,1 % in comparison with 4,8 % in June. It is confirmed by the information of the National statistical agency of Kazakhstan. For January - July of a current year the inflation has made 12,9%. Last year the inflation was at a level of 1,9%. Annual average rate of inflation (the rate of price change compared with that of the same period of the last year) is predicted by the government within the limits of 7%. The agency also informs, that in July, 1999 the prices for food have grown by 6,1 %, for non-food itmes - 0,9 %, and the paid services to the population by 2,4%.
