/KASE, January 4, 12/ - JSC "Kaspi Bank" (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a
copy of changes and additions made to its shares issue prospectus.
The said changes and additions were registered by the Committee on Regulation
and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on November 17, 2011 and had
been made due to changes and additions in the composition of the Management
Board of JSC "Kaspi Bank".
