/KASE, January 4, 12/ - JSC "Kaspi Bank" (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
copies of changes made to the issue prospectuses of its first and second bond
programs.
The mentioned changes were registered by the Committee on Regulation and
Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on December 14, 2011 and had been
made due to changes in the Management Board of JSC "Kaspi Bank".
