/KASE, December 28, 11/ - JSC "Alliance Bank" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release of December 28, 2011: quote JSC Alliance Bank is pleased to inform about execution of the seventh Recovery Notes Payment on 27 December 2011 in the amount of U.S. $ 3 579 531.00 or around U.S.$ 3.66 per each Recovery Note. The payment was made from the Corporate and SME Pool cash recoveries, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Recovery Notes issue. Recovery payment was distributed pro rata among the Noteholders shown in the Register on the Record date - 23 December 2011. U.S.$978,059 Recovery Notes with ISIN code XS0495755729 (Reg S)/ XS0495756024 Rule 144A) due 2020 were issued on 25 March 2010.
