Solar Turbines Europe S.A. signed contract with West Kazakhstan engineering company (WKEC)

/IRBIS, December 14, 2011/ - Solar Turbines Europe S. A. signed
an agreement with the West Kazakhstan engineering company
(WKEC), a leading enterprise in the oil and gas engineering, for the
production of key parts and components of gas turbine equipment
in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, reports the press
service of Solar Turbines.
"Solar Turbines and West Kazakhstan engineering company
become partners in the localization of auxiliary equipment for gas
turbines and maintenance of gas turbines for the oil and gas
industry in Kazakhstan and Central Asia", - was said in a
statement.
It is reported that in accordance with the agreement, West
Kazakhstan Engineering Company (WKEC) will work on
engineering, manufacturing and supplying high quality equipment
for turbine modules, manufactured by Solar Turbines Incorporated,
a corporation based in the U.S. for the production of industrial gas
turbines.
"This agreement reflects the company's initiative and commitment
to provide consumers in Kazakhstan and Central Asian with oil and
gas equipment of world-class service and localized products and
services of Solar during the operational period. West Kazakhstan
engineering company - a respected Kazakh company and trusted
partner for a company Solar to increase its local presence in
Kazakhstan and Central Asia", - said CEO on the region Bill Ginti.
