published on its website consolidated financial statements of the
"RESMI" Group of Companies JCS (Almaty) for the III quarter of
2011 at

According to data provided in the consolidated financial
statements, the company's assets as of September 30, 2011
amounted to 65,443.9 million tenge, which is 10.8% more than at
the end of 2010. In this, short-term liabilities of the company at the
end of the third quarter of 2011, from the beginning of the year
increasing by 14.2% and amounted to 13,745.1 million tenge, long-
term liabilities - declined by 1.5% and amounted to KZT 20,334.2
mln.
For 9 months ended September 30, 2011, revenues from sales of
goods and services increased by 22.4% compared with January-
September 2010 and amounted to 23,382.7 mln. Operating income
for the period amounted to 22,909.9 million tenge, which is 9.8%
more than the same period of 2010.
During January-September 2011 the company received a loss
before tax of 831.1 million tenge as compared with a profit before
tax of 1,386.7 million tenge received in January-September 2010.
In this reporting period the company's profit from discontinued
operations amounted to 4,371.5 million tenge. Thus, for the first 9
months of 2011 the company received a net profit of KZT 3,540.4
million, which is 2.8 times more than the net profit for January-
September 2010.
