/KASE, December 1, 11/ - As was informed earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated October 31, 2011,
bonds KZP01Y05E129 (KZ2P00001670, KZT1,000, KZT4.5 bn; December 1, 2011 -
December 1, 2016, semi-annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of LLP Caspi Limited
(Atyrau) have been included into KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities
category.
This decision of the Listing Commission became effective from December 1, 2011
following fulfillment by the said issuer of conditions set in item 1 of article
18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in the said bonds on KASE will be communicated additionally.
Halyk Finance, a Subsidiary organization of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan
(Almaty), is the financial advisor to LLP "Caspi Limited".
JSC REESTR (Almaty) is the registrar of LLP "Caspi Limited".
The said bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) KASPb1.
