The Government of Kazakhstan approved the decree on realization of the Law "On republican budget for 2012-2014"

/IRBIS, November 29, 2011/ - The Government today adopted a resolution "On the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Republican Budget for 2012-2014", which was adopted by the republican budget for the coming three years, the press office of the Prime Minister reported. As indicated, November 24, 2011 President Nazarbayev signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Republican Budget for 2012-2014", built on the messages of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to people, in accordance with the Budget Code and taking into account the socio-economic development and budgetary parameters for the 2012-2016 years. Government Resolution on the implementation of the law on the national budget was adopted within a week from the date of signature by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Law on the national budget. Resolution instructs state agencies to ensure timely execution of expenditure in the national budget for 2012, the allocation of amounts of target in current transfers to regional budgets, the budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty, the distribution of the program "Business Road Map - 2020", "Program Employment 2020" and "Regional Development", adjustment costs of the Ministry of Agriculture, relating to the transfer of budgetary programs on drinking water quality, the Agency for Construction and Housing, the list of priority public investment, etc. "It should be noted that under article 79 of the amended Budget Code, the decision on implementation is amended with list of priority public investment without full documentation, but approved by the RBC. This is a list of so-called suspensive conditions", - emphasized the Ministry of Finance, as stated in message. Thus, in cases of failure within six months from the date of the positive proposals of the Republican budget committee of relevant documentation in required terms, investments are excluded from the national budget for clarification or correction, according to information from the Ministry of Finance. According to the decree on the national budget for 2012 - 2014 years, for 2012the budget is accepted in the following amounts: revenues - 4,626,465,541 thousand tenge, including: tax revenues - 3,221,081,115 thousand tenge; non-tax revenue - 58,458,993 thousand tenge, proceeds from sales of fixed assets - 30,230,835 thousand tenge, income transfers - 1,316,694,598 thousand tenge; costs - 5,253,430,873 thousand tenge.
