Special general meeting of Shubarkol Komir (Kazakhstan) shareholders scheduled for December 27, 2011

/KASE, November 29, 11/ - Shubarkol Komir (Karagandy, hereinafter - the Company), whose common shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on December 27, 2011 at 12:00 o'clock a special general meeting of its shareholders will begin. The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the one regarding pay-out of dividends on the Company's shares due for the second-third quarters 2011. The said meeting shall be held at 18 Asphaltnaya str., Karagandy.
