/IRBIS, November 28, 2011/ - Results of the drawing of the Ministry of Finance and National Bank of Kazakhstan on the primary market of government securities for November 21-25, 2011: - Weekly net borrowing balance of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance on the domestic market has developed at a rate of plus 19,000.5 million tenge - issuer held an auction of November 23, 2011 on placement of long-term treasury bonds MEUKAM-180 # 005 (KZKDKY150107) in the amount of KZT 20,100.0 million; - Weekly net borrowing surplus of National Bank of Kazakhstan was minus KZT 26,660.5 million. Weekly balance of all government securities issuers was assessed by IRBIS as minus 7,660.0 million KZT. The minus sign in the exponent of balance means that the said amount was withdrawn from the budget of the issuer (or issuer) and remained among investors, "plus" - amounts to the issuer (issuer) do (taken) more than redeemed (paid off).
