/IRBIS, November 23, 2011/ - According to PRIME-TASS average rate of the ruble on the basis of a unified trading session (UTS) on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) decreased by 19.60 kop and amounted to 31.2214 per dollar. Volume of 4,587 deals amounted to $1,831.132 mln. In the framework of ETS auctions are held from 10:00 to 15:00 Moscow time with the supply under TOD. [2011-11-23]
