According to the presented document, the only shareholder of the company decided to adopt the following procedure for distribution of net income for the first half of 2011 in the amount of 74,122,709,000.0 KZT, and the dividend per ordinary share: - the amount of dividend per ordinary share for the first half of 2011 is 551.0 KZT; - to distribute the net income for the first half of the sum of 74,122,709,000 tenge in the following order: - to direct to the payment of dividends for the first half of 2011 on common shares of the company - 59,428,953,540.0 KZT, based on the amount of dividend per one ordinary share of 551.0 KZT with payment in November 2011 and February 2012 in the following order: - to pay dividends on common shares of the company - 29,714,476,770.0 KZT with a start date of payment of dividends - November 22, 2011; - to pay dividends on common shares of the company - 29,714,476,770.0 KZT with a start date of payment of dividends - 02 February 2012; - to direct to the payment of dividends for the first half of 2011 on preferred shares of the company - 600,292,460.0 KZT, on the basis of the amount of dividend per preferred share - 551.0 KZT making payments in November 2011 and February 2012 in the following order: - to pay dividends on preferred shares of the company - 300,146,230.0 KZT with a start date of payment of dividends - November 21, 2011; - to pay dividends on preferred shares of the company - 300,146,230.0 KZT with a start date of payment of dividends - 01 February 2012; - the remaining amount of net income for the first half of 2011 to leave the disposal of the company before a decision on the distribution of clean-up in 2011.
