/KASE, October 26, 11/ - EKOTON+ (Astana), securities of which are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange provided to KASE the copy of changes and
additions to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2C0405C218 (KZ2C00001287,
KASE official list Non-Rated Debt Securities second subcategory, EKTNb1;
KZT100, KZT1.0 bn; October 16, 06 - October 16, 11, semi-annual coupon
10.00 % APR; 30/360) and the copy of certificate on securities issue
government registration of October 12, 2011 that replaces the earlier
issued certificate.
According to the documents:
- the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and
Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(FSC NBK) registered changes and additions to the mentioned bonds issue
prospectus;
- the certificate was replaced due to the change in mentioned bonds
circulation terms;
- the circulation terms of mentioned bonds was increased to 13 years 10
months;
- the national identification number of bonds was changed from
KZ2C0405C218 to KZ2C0Y14C210;
- the coupon interest payment periodicity was changed from twice to four
times a year every three months, beginning January 1, 2012;
- the issue of bonds was included to the State Serial Securities Register
under number ะก21.
