/IRBIS, October 25, 2011/ - JSC BTA Bank's Subsidiary
organization BTA Securities (BTA Securities, Almaty) has
provided IRBIS with a survey of main events, forecasts and
investment ideas for October 25, 2011.
According to the report, analysts note that the premarket on
world markets is composed as follows:
- In spite of mixed trends of Asian markets, the auction on
the locale will end with increase the KASE index at 1 -
1.4%. The situation in the commodity markets continues to
favor shares of mining companies, quotes, which can grow
in the range of 1.5-2.5%. Bank chips will move in a neutral
manner, but this does not exclude reduction of certain
issuers.
- Some changes of sentiment are observed in Asian
markets. Apparently, after several days of good growth
investors have decided to pause and await the outcome of
the upcoming EU summit. The continuing rise in the cost
of commodities quotes supports mining shares. In stock
today minus the financial sector. Japan's Nikkei from the
opening of trading has lost about 0.6%. The Shanghai and
Hang Seng are rising 1.5% and 0.5% respectively. Support
for the Chinese market has a sharp rise in profit of
developer China Vanke.
- The euro/dollar rebounded from levels close Monday,
leaning up 0.3% to reach 1.389, the threshold of data that
can show the decline in consumer confidence in Germany
and France. Not in favor of the dollar proved by the
President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York
Dudley that the Fed may take additional measures to
decrease long-term interest rates to revive the housing
market. The German authorities will meet today to discuss
financial arrangements for Stabilization Fund.
- In the market of raw materials optimistic purchases
continue. Positive foreign trade statistics of Japan and the
industrial production growth in China supports the major
commodities quotes. Crude futures for Brent oil rose today
to $112.2 per barrel. Copper contracts in Shanghai soared
by nearly 7%. Demonstrates a positive trend, and gold has
exceeded the level of $1,654.5 per troy ounce.
