/KASE, October 24, 11/ - Halyk Finance Subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan, and BCC Invest Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), who are underwriters for bonds KZ2C0Y05E065 of KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding (Astana), provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) the following information: quotation Hereby JSC Halyk Finance and JSC BCC Invest in addition to earlier published information notify that KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding (the Issuer) together with the offering of the third issue bonds KZ2C0Y05E065 (KASTb3) on the Republic of Kazakhstan unorganized market intends to offer the mentioned bonds on the organized market for purchasing through specialized trades in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange trading system. As of October 20, 2011, the volume of not offered bonds made up KZT38 bn. From this volume the bonds to the total amount of KZT10 bn the Issuer intends to indicatively offer on the organized market on November 1, 2011 and up to KZT28 bn - on the unorganized market with orders acceptance from October 20 to November 3, 2011. Earlier announced term of orders acceptance on the unorganized market - October 20 - 28, 2011 - has been extended due to the intent to implement specialized trades before completion of offering on the unorganized market.
