Moody's leaved rating of notes ATF DPR Company of 2006-A series unchanged

/IRBIS, October 24, 2011/ - Moody's Investors Service left unchanged rating of notes of series 2006-A, issued by the ATF DPR Company after considering by the credit rating agency of changes to the structure of the transaction. As indicated in the message of rating agency, Moody's was notified of the amendments to the basic documentation of transaction of ATF DPR Company. The consequence of these changes is an increase by three months of maturity of notes to January 15, 2012. Before the introduction of these amendments, the maturity date was October 17, 2011. It is noted that the investor has agreed with JSC "ATF Bank" to postpone the final repayment of notes series 2006-A equivalent of U.S. $ 100,000 to 17 October 2011.
